How to delete your LoginSign account
You can permanently delete your LoginSign account from your dashboard. This action is irreversible. Here’s how it works and what to expect.
Steps to delete your account
- Sign in to LoginSign and open your Dashboard.
- Go to the Accounts tab.
- Click the LoginSign card (the first one, with your main email).
- Open the three-dots menu (⋮) on the right of the card.
- Choose Remove LoginSign account.
- Read the warning and follow the steps:
- Confirm that you understand the action is irreversible.
- Optionally select a reason for leaving.
- Confirm one last time. We will send you an email with a confirmation link.
- Check your email (the address linked to your LoginSign account) and click the confirmation link. Until you click that link, your account is not deleted.
- After you click the link, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
What gets deleted
When your LoginSign account is deleted, we remove your profile, login methods (social links, PassKey, email), sessions, and all connections to apps that use LoginSign. Masked email addresses we created for you will no longer work; emails sent to them will not be delivered.
What happens to connected apps
We notify app developers (via webhook) that your connection was removed. Whether those apps delete or keep your data on their side is up to their privacy policy and terms. We recommend contacting important services separately if you want your data removed there as well.
Can I undo it?
No. Account deletion is permanent. After you confirm via the email link, we cannot restore your account or data. If you think you might need LoginSign again, consider simply signing out and not using the account instead of deleting it.
I didn’t get the confirmation email
Check your spam folder and make sure the email address in your LoginSign account is correct. If you still don’t see it, contact us at contact@loginsign.com and we can help.
